Ken is a black Dominican artist from uptown Manhattan in the [currently undergoing gentrification] Washington Heights. Lived in New York city for most of their life after moving from La Vega, in the Dominican Republic where they first lived for several crucial childhood years. A s an artist, Ken has done everything from digital art to tattooing water coloring, and pastels recently and it's only the beginning of the journey. With great interest and love for all things blackness, nature, self expression, latinidad, culture, race, politics, womanism, deconstruction of learned hypermasculinity, unlearning dehumanizing phobias and isms, science, scifi, the hood, afrofutirism, fantasy and much more.. Ken wants to bring all of their love into a space that can represent em fully.
